##Manufacturing one’s own battery
Manufacturing one’s own battery can be done through the following steps:
1. Ingredients: High vacuum fully automatic mixing of materials for 10 hours to evenly disperse the materials required for lithium batteries, improving the consistency and overall performance of the batteries.
2. Assembling batteries: Tools such as nickel tape, high-temperature adhesive tape, and battery brackets are required. Generally, when connecting lithium batteries, the nickel strip is soldered onto it. If there is no soldering machine, you can use sandpaper to polish both ends of the battery and then solder it with an electric soldering iron. Another hole can be used to insert a zinc sheet, or to put all the zinc names into the bottle, but it should be convenient to connect with the wire.
3. Battery pack: Choose a 7V ternary lithium battery and combine it with 3 strings to obtain a 12V lithium battery pack; Choose a 2V lithium iron phosphate battery and combine it with 4 strings to obtain a 12V lithium battery pack.
4. Ensure the performance, lifespan, and safety of the battery pack: Lithium battery packs all require a lithium battery protection board.
5. Making chemical batteries: Find some copper and aluminum sheets, then cut some paper larger than the copper and aluminum sheets and soak them in vinegar. A simple chemical battery is made by placing a piece of paper on top of an aluminum sheet and a copper sheet on top of it. The copper sheet is the positive electrode, the aluminum sheet is the negative electrode, and the soaked paper sheet is the electrolyte.
